Deed Guardian

Tamper-proof by design

How the seal works.

Deed and title fraud usually works by substituting or forging paperwork. A fingerprint plus a timestamp makes that substitution provable — you can always show what your document said before the disputed change.

1

You upload your document

A photo or PDF of your deed or title goes into a private vault only your account can open. The file itself is never shared.

2

We fingerprint it

Your browser computes a SHA-256 hash of the exact file. That fingerprint is unique to those precise contents — one altered character produces a completely different hash.

3

We stamp the moment

The fingerprint is recorded with a timestamp. Together they show what your document said and that you held it at that time.

4

An AI reads it over

The document is reviewed to flag whether it reads as a genuine property deed or title, or something unrelated, with a plain-language confidence note.

Seal your first document

Quillsafe records evidence about your own copy of a document. It does not convey or guarantee title — your county recorder holds the official filing.
